pjiang, my green card was applied under EB3. I got a master and started my new job this month.I applied AP last November. Just got a notice today that AP was denied.
It said the reocrd in this case fails to establish that the applicant is a lawful permanent resident or conditional permanent resident of the United States. It is therefore concluded that the applicant is not eligible to receive a reentry permit.
My question:
What might be the reason causd this problem?
How much possibility that I will get it approved if I appeal?
My EAD will expire this Oct. Will my new job be a problem when I renew EAD?
