1.健康篇。 经过多次研究发现，健康饮食、锻炼、保持正常体重、不吸烟、饮酒适量可以降低罹患糖尿病和其他疾病的风险。

Many studies have shown having a healthy diet, exercising, maintaining normal body weight, not smoking and consuming alcohol moderately can lower one's risk of developing diabetes and other diseases.

 

2. 中国社会篇。中国曾经狠踩油门、启动了有史以来最雄心勃勃的铁路发展计划。如今，它以同样大的力度狠踩下了高铁投资的刹车。 

With the same force that powered the most ambitious rail programme in history, China has slammed the brakes on its investment in high-speed trains.


3. 网络篇。根据一项新研究，上网闲逛真的可以让困乏的员工精神振奋、工作效率提高，而且比起其他诸如打私人电话、发短信和邮件效果都好，比起一直埋头苦干更是好多了。

According to a new study, Web browsing can actually refresh tired workers and enhance their productivity, compared to other activities such as making personal calls, texts or emails, let alone working straight through with no rest at all. 

4. 科技篇。《华盛顿邮报》星期日晚上报导说，据了解这份情报的西方外交官和核专家透露，伊朗已在外国科学家的帮助下完成关键步骤，克服了技术难题。


5. 科技篇。曾在国际原子能机构工作的一名前任官员说，伊朗取得的进展包括设计、测试引发核爆炸的爆炸装置。

The Washington Post reported late Sunday that according to Western diplomats and nuclear experts who reviewed the intelligence, Iran has taken key steps in overcoming technical challenges with the help of foreign scientists.

 

A former official with the International Atomic Energy Agency told the newspaper that the advancements include obtaining the design for, and testing of, a capsule of explosives used to trigger a nuclear explosion.
