今天内科收到一个病人,60岁,白细胞很高,查出CLL(LEUKEMIA).血液肿瘤的主任认为应当把病人转到肿瘤病房开始化疗.但病人拒绝化疗,因为他的母亲20年前得了癌症,接受了化疗,很痛苦.尽管LEUKEMIA化疗有很好的PROGNOSIS,病人还是拒绝了,很坚决.
