   2～3岁是学习口头语言的第一个关键期，5岁左右是口头语言发展的第二个关键期；

   3岁左右是培养其独立生活能力的关键期。

在孩子成长过程中，是有几个关键期的。两岁左右是学习语言的关键期，这时候抓紧这方面的培养会取得很好的效果；到了三四岁，是父母树立权威的关键期，如果在关键期内不能充分地把握，那过后对于孩子的培养就会费更多的心思和精力。所以，作为父母，应抓住孩子成长中的关键期，在此期间注意强化孩子相应的能力。我建议这样的强化要通过鼓励的形式，培养孩子的自觉意识。

心理学上将人格类型分为四类：第一种是驱动型人格，这一类型的人有主见、有思想，比较适合做团队中的领袖；第二种是分析型人格，像数学家陈景润一样的比较扎实，能够坐下来认真研究事物的人；第三种是表现型人格，这一类型的人自身存在一些优势，善于利用各种机会来展示自己；第四种是亲切型人格，这一类型的人则是以自己的品质取胜，但不懂得要求别人，培养孩子的时候也往往不会要求孩子。

This experience brought a fundamental shift to my understanding of teamwork and leadership. In retrospect, if I had been assigned as team leader, I would certainly have tried my best to ensure the team's success, probably because I viewed effective leadership as personal achievement. Yet when I was just a team member, I limited my responsibility to the assigned task. A great leader, I learnt, even in the shoes of a member, would always take responsibilities larger than his role and strive to guide the crew to the right direction, even at the risk of conflicts and misunderstandings.
