NBG is a very interesting stock on DQ and quite a few people including some HH all talked about it. It caught my attention too because I am a very beginner starting to wedge my ways through the jungles and am interested in any hot stocks people talked here,so I just took a quick look from the chart today and would like to share with us what I see on the chart.I could be wrong like I always do, so simply ignore what I garbage here and you are more than welcome to do the opposite.
From its 1 year daily chart, NBG has developed a perfect Head and Shoulders pattern and is working its way down to a descending triangle for now, also from the mid term trend since the end of 2010, we can tell that it\'s still in a down trend after the head was formed. There is not obvious signs that the down trend is broken yet. Will it be? Yes or no. It is very likely to breakout in the next couple of days but it could go either way depends on how the volume plays out from here. There are a few possibilities you can tell from the chart below.
I don\'t have any positions on NBG yet but I have been watching this little beast for a while and hoping to wait for a better opportunity to get in, but not for now at least.
