Stocks end flat today.

The DOW is up 3.32  at 9509.28, while the Nasdaq composite index down  -2.92 to 2017.98.

The market summary,

FANNIE and FREDDIE  SOAR

JPMORGAN and INTEL FALL

Energy stocks advanced also.
