常规的减肥法是降低每天的能量摄入,同时增加运动量。这种方式的缺点是每天得节食饿肚子,最后导致身体开始降低能量代谢,体重越来越难减少。5:2减肥法是由Michael Mosley博士发明的。Michael和Spencer女士出版了一本书:“The Fast Diet”。这本书今年元月在英国出版,在Amazon‘s 英国网上一直保持最畅销的位置。
5:2减肥的核心是,一周有不连续的两天节食。在节食的两天,男士和女士将每天的能量摄入保持在正常量的四分之一(男士:600卡路里;女士:500卡路里)。节食的两天不能连续,但可以按个人的日常活动调节。比如你可以选周一和周四节食。但如果你周一必需陪客人吃饭。你可以选周二节食。另外五天可以正常饮食,不用节食,你甚至可以吃巧克力,冰淇淋等。
Michael 用此方法在几周内减了20磅体重, 尤其是腹部脂肪大减。Spencer女士用此方法将体重从英国的size 12 降到size 8!所以是男女皆适的有效减肥法。体重超标的读者不妨试试5:2减肥法!
