F1 I-485 pending AP回国的问题，多谢

I am currently in F1 status and will graduate soon. I have filed I485 and have AP in hand. I need to go to China next month. I am wondering if I need to inform the school after I come back as my status will no longer be F1 but AOS. Thanks for any suggestions.
