lender 给的closing cost清单

买的是bi-level condo。
downpay 20%, 贷本金232，000.00。30 fix，说是4.75%，同
时因为condo的话downpayment 不到25%，就要多加0.25%（据他说这是政府规定的），

给我列的fee包括：
1）tax related service $90
2)application fee(appraisal fee included)595
3)attorney fees 850
4)title insurance 1281
5)Recording fee 350
6)survey fee 500
7)flood certification 26
8)commitment fee 395

total 4081

Prepaid:
1) Interest (15 days) 476.71
2)city taxes (4 months) 2182.33

他还注明说这是预计在5月27号close的interest,如果是6/15号close,那pay for 15th-
30th interest only) You mortgage pay start 8/1.
----------他是把7/1错写成8/1吧。这应该怎么理解？

对city taxes,他说是escrow payment, don\'t lose this money,get back when
sell or refinance the condo.required by most lenders in US.
------------------这city taxes指的是property tax?


跟上living里大家介绍的cost比高多了啊。他是按我的信用分高于740算得。
