很喜欢私房小菜，初次报到，请大家多都关照。为表诚意，给大家上一个简单的Cheese Cake，这个Cheese Cake 很少会出错。
8 0z Cream Cheese (I use 1/3 less fat free)
1/2 Sugar (If you dont' like it too much, 1/3)
4 oz Sour Cream
4 Oz Heavy Cream
3 Egg (one by one)
Follow the order mix them together， this is for 8' Chease Cake crust, any American Super market can find it.
烤炉预热295(F)， 1.5 hour, water bath.
