Willie Nelson Willie Hugh Nelson (born April 30, 1933) is an American country singer-songwriter, author, poet, actor and activist. He reached his greatest fame during the outlaw country movement of the 1970s, but remains iconic, especially in American popular culture. Now in his 70's, he continues to tour and has performed in concerts and fundraisers with other major musicians, including Bob Dylan, and Dave Matthews. Sounds pretty sweet! It's just a little bit funny to see Willie dressed in a suits because I have always pictured him as an "outlaw" type of singer with cowboy outfits :))
Last Dec, I think he had a new Xmas Song album which brought much controversies simply because of his old voice sounding a little bit “drunk and creepy” to some people’s ears, but as I listened to some of his Xmas songs on NPR, I felt he sang those songs with a very sincere tone and a great holiday spirit too~~
