First “B” in his transcript

First of all, "B" is a good grade. It is nothing to be sneezed at. It just so happened that he got a "B" in the his first semester.

 I kind of felt relieved when I learned about it, because I knew that he had mismanaged his time very badly, especially after the Christmas break.   And he knew that had mismanaged his time.  This grade made him aware that he needs to improve his time management. There is no better teacher than his own mistake or lesson.
