How many of us teach our kids to say “yes, sir, yes ma’am”

How many of us teach our kids to show respect to police before they head out of the driveway? Every single time?

How many of us teach our kids to say "yes, sir" to an authority feature?

How many of our kids are stopped by police and being asked how they start the car, or show the car key?

The oppressed have complied with every single request, still it is never enough.

Until the oppressors acknowledge that there is oppression because of race, there will be no solution, no matter how the oppressed behave.
