The difference between haves and have nots

The difference is choices and options. The haves have them, while the have nots do not.  The haves can say that they  choose to move to crime ridden neighborhoods,  choose to quit their jobs, choose to divorce, choostheirbe a drug addict, in other words, choose to be like the have nots, so tbat their kids can live and survive like thar of have nots.
