椰蓉西米露
材料:
芋头 300克
糖 200克(我通常减半至100克)
西谷米 150克
椰子粉 50克
炼乳 1/2 杯
水 14杯

做法:
1:芋头去皮洗净切块蒸熟(我用微波炉高火叮4分钟,取出,翻一下,再叮4分钟)
2:将蒸熟的芋头加4杯水打成糊状
3:将芋糊倒入锅中,加炼乳,糖和4杯水,用中火煮开后,加椰子粉拌匀
4:用另一只锅6杯水,煮开,放西谷米用小火煮至透明后,捞起,放入芋头汁中拌匀即可。
我做好后,把西米露放进焖烧锅里带到朋友家参加吃喝会。
