个月前，我和老公打算买房。当时朋友介绍了一个agent, 老公就用他的名字和agent签了6个月的协议，没有我的名字。但是经过一段时间的work together，发现这个agent不是很care。请他带我们去看房子，他也常常不能配合我们的时间，给我们code叫我们自己去看。我们很想换一个agent。请问大家，如果用我的名字去另外找一个agent，这样是不是没有违反老公跟之前那个agent的协议。我们不想最后turn out要付extra money给agent。另外有一个问题，跟agent一开始就要签6个月的协议吗？很怕再遇到一个不肯做事的agent，不想把自己绑死。

买方和工作一样，都需要TEAM WORK. 要"双赢"才行。

对于买房的，买房和结婚一样，一定要找到“对眼‘的房子才行。 It takes time. 对于agent来说，好多agent都没有basep pay, 只有make a transaction 才能养家糊口。你家和agent 的矛盾在Real Estate Industry 很常见。You feel the agent is too pushｙ, and the agent feels that you are wasting his time.

我的建议是和current agent 好好谈一谈。Have a open communication. Let the agent clear your expectation. The bottom line is to get the house you really like, no matter how long it takes or even change to another agent.

如果你没用current agent 买房，而用了别的agent within the contract term, 这事　可大， 可小。If the current agent does not file a claim against you to cover the commission lost, there will be no negative impact on you. Otherwise, you may have to pay him.

Remember, 家是自己天天呆的地方。买到自己喜爱的房是最重要的。
