Still a small position for gamble plan.
Today, CORS is above $1. I think some good news is leaking. Maybe CORS finally manged to raise some capital required.
BTW, the real estate market is recovered.
I talked to a realtor two days ago. She told me that the buyers are bidding up for houses.
That is really a good sign.
The 8500$ credit is really a big seduction for a lot of buyers.
I don't expect real estate market going up from now. But a stablized market will make those banks survive.
The investors won't give banks capital until they know how their loans will not deteriorate anymore.
The sucesssfully capital raising for those big banks is a really good sign for investors' confidence showing up.
