我需要签一份STATUTORY DECLARATION是关于报失一份香港的重要商业文件的，但是我在美国，无法去HK处理。我的HK的代理人咨询律师后，给我准备了一份statutory declaration ，要求我在一个WITNESS面前签名同时要NOTARIZE该文件。
我的HK代理人在他给我的EMAIL里面写明：“The signing of the statutory declaration has to be notarized before a notary public. As different legislation and law applies to different countries and states, I have highlighted Oaths and Declaration Ordinance in the statutory declaration. Please INSERT the correct Ordinance name accordingly or leave it blank for the notary public to insert accordingly.“
在那份要求我签名和公证的STATUTORY DECLARATION上面，确有这个一段：
“.........in the said Sales Agreement free from encumbrances.
AND I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of the Oaths and Declarations Ordinance.

请问，在上面有下划线的“Oaths and Declarations Ordinance”部分，我或者我的NOTARY PUBLIC应该INPUT什么内容呢？
