我LG对＂The triumph of hope over experience＂的理解

我LG正在烤banana bread, 我告诉他， ８９MM和老K博学多才， 他们引用王尔德的名言＂Second marriage is the triumph of hope over experience.” 我问他对这句话的看法， 他说第一次婚姻全是＂bad experience＂， 那第二次当然是triumph of hope over the bad experience了，看来他比王尔德对婚姻的看法正面多了。 看来理工男还是挺实在的



我问他应该怎么形容第三次婚姻。



他说：“Third marriage is the triumph of desperation over wisdom”



这个说得不错。 Hopefully, 我和LG都不会有第三次婚姻的  :)))
