以为今天起不来了呢。
谁知道,今天身体感觉特别好,身体被depleted,掏空之后的重新REFRESH,排毒了,身体没有酸痛,只有愉悦。
刚刚查了一下,身体EXHAUSTION之后人是可以产生HIGH的物质的。
