Thanks for visiting and for being interested in improving your English. I really wish I know the answer to your question, but I am poor in writing and don't have any sucessful experience to share. My own plan is to kick off the problems with pronunciation (which has been mentally blocking me from improving other aspects in English speaking and somehow writing), and then work on spoken part, and writing will be my last goal.
