该怎样调理？

自从得了N1H1flu咳嗽后，咳嗽总是时好时坏，常常睡一觉后觉得好了，等到半下午，又开始咳了。大多是干咳，有时有痰，请问应该怎样调理？
另外，晚上睡到1-2点就醒了，要过好久才能在入睡，这种状态已经有几个月了，又什么办法可以治呢？
