抽象不能絕對脫離  荒謬不是豐富充裕  戒與避免有別  罵人更是陋習  8 English words a-

exactly vs. exaggerate   Portrait by its definition should be exactly like--酷肖.  But it is necessary to exaggerate, sometimes to a degree of cartoon in artist's mind.  It will not destroy a portrait to prettify a young lady by exaggeration. In another sense, it is artist's duty to catch the best moment of a subject. 
激浊扬清 yes, but 激清扬"浊" is closer to art if we want to expand our vision.To talk about 雄浑， 雄浑与混浊 sometimes has subtle relation, it is also reflected  in phrase "宁方毋圆，宁脏毋净，宁拙毋巧".
