A procrastinator told me that he had a dream: someone taught him to type, I guess that he was lack of physical activity recently, and a dead line caused his anxiety
Then I figured an aid to prompt in this situation:
On a paper, draw a X axis and Y axis to mark time and quantity, leave a space for an imagined debater or counter speaker,set alarm clock by each interval such as 30 minutes, at his mobile phone.
A day past, I was told he improved gradually. I have this problem sometimes, my ways are:
Clean my environment, get out regularly or in most of the time stay outside, eat good food, such as flounder, walnuts,etc. And I started to play piano thanks to this forum activist, more importantly, keep a detailed time statistics.
