热 may considered as normal state for heart, temperature of bath, etc. I once lived in FL, and TX for a short time. San Antonio is a hot city for festival, where this kind activities held regularly after spring. The only communist country in S.A. is located at the central America, as well as the day is during the hot season---July 26. The other countries also celebrate National Days mostly at the months of 7,8,9.so said by Mao that, these three months are in the best (worst in fact) situation.
