audit request from dept of labor

Hi,

My lawyer just received the audit request from dept of labor(DOL). If we don\'t resond to the audit the request, do you know how long it takes for the PERM application to be denied? Also, can we withdraw the PERM application once the audit request is requested by DOL? If we can withdraw the request this time, and if we file another PERM again, will there be any consequence (black list, more strict investigation)on my application?

What\'s the chance of PERM get denied even I can prove all the proofs? Besides all above, is there a better approach that I am not aware of? Don\'t have those experience, so any comments/suggestions are appriciated.
