新做法迎奥运

I had one disheartening observation recently:
Many very nice people (e.g., ntking and catcherintherye) spent enormous personal time to visit this forum to help others. But their effort was treated like trash by the favor recepients and Laotu. The hard-written posting were deleted arbitrarily.
When I write a posting, I want it to stay there. First, it\'s an acknowledgement and respect to my decent deed and sweatbreaking effort. Second, I want it to benefit *more* people than merely the original question asker. That\'s mostly why those career veterans spend time here --- to help others. If people\'s noble intention and hard wark are respected, why should they continue to extend helping hands?
For example (see the saved posting in my blog) leonlz99 and ntking (I tried to) crafted thousands of bytes to answer 德州乡巴\'s question. All the good works were washed down the drain before even unnoticed by most people. And Laotu blindly followed the idiotic instruction without using any judgement.
What\'s worse, Laotu wrongfully deleted so many recent postings related to feiying\'s matters (including feiying\'s postings), either in the name of 团结 or under the request of some *irrelevant* persons. He even managed to keep his face straight when denying the facts to feiying.
Personally, I will adapt:
- Be selective. Judge that the quesiton postings will not dissappear before spending time on a long answer.
- Back-up. Save my long postings to my blog (like this posting -- in case laotu deletes it arbitrarily).
