Some comments --
1）“猪流感期间一发烧就得看医生，是对公众负责” -- 不对。正确的是，Do not seek medical care if you ... have mild symptoms for which you would not ordinarily seek medical care.
2) Zithromax is a wide-spectrum antibiotics, http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/medicines/100003113.html. I even do not want to use it on myself; not to mention on kids for ear infection. (Basically, you want to leave the most potent antibiotics as the last resort for severe cases.)
3) 吃抗生素拉肚子, give kids yogurt or supplement contains good bacteria.
4) Never overdose 退烧药. There is time limit for using them, e.g., every 4 hours or 6 hours, depends. The time limit is the reason for 两种药交替, Ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil) and acetaminophen (Tylenol)
5) 帮孩子退烧止痛其实很重要 -- depends. For low fever, it is recommended not using 退烧药; as fever itself helps body fight bacteria/virus.
