Austin Chutian's 17th and 18th months

June 14, Wednesday
Mom and I went to the area near my dad's office.  There is a wharf there and we walked around.  Dad came out and took some pictures for us.

June 15, Thursday
In Silver Sands beach, I picked up some wild flowers and gave them to mom.  She was really happy.  Later afternoon we went to swim with dad.

June 19, Monday
Aunt Barbara has been telling us about Parents' Place in the town.  Today we finally got there.  They offer interesting classes for kids.  

June 22, Thursday
I am able to recognize all the numbers. 

June 25, Sunday
A milestone for me: no more breast milk from mom. 

June 29, Thursday
Dad worked from home today because mom had a small surgery.  She will not lift me for days.  I hope mom will be well soon.

July 3, Monday
Dad took me to Short Beach Park again.  This time we played mini-golf.  Dad has been taking me out lately.

July 9, Sunday
Mom went to the outlets. Apparently she is much better now.  Dad took me to Hammonesset Beach.  But it's still little too cold to stay in water. 

July 11, Tuesday
I made my 1st drawing in Parents' Place.

July 16, Sunday
We found a house we like but our house selling is going nowhere.  Uncle Shan took us to a great Japanese restaurant called Ichiro. 

July 26, Wednesday
We invited Uncle Shan for dinner celebrating his birthday.  Aunt Sherry is currently visiting China.

July 28, Friday
Before the evening we went to beaches in the town.  Then we had dinner by the sea.

August 6, Sunday
Uncle Shan and we went to same Japanese restaurant again.  This time we also invited our neighbor Uncle Bob, Aunt Barbara and their daughter Lauren.  They all came to my home afterwards and I played with Lauren.

August 9, Wednesday
We saw the beautiful full moon last evening in Silver Sands beach.  So dad took me there again today.  He reminded me that I am now 1 and a half years old!
