Austin Chutian's 51st-60th days

 

April 1, Friday
Mom and grandma took me to a shopping mall today.  Mom bought 5 dresses for me!

 

April 2, Saturday
Uncle Shan and Aunt Sherry came to visit. Dad invited them to be my godparents.

 

April 3, Sunday
Grandma, dad, mom and I went to New Haven which is a real big city to me.  First we went to an Italian restaurant called Abate.  Then we went to Yale Bookstore.  I was like a little fish in a sea of books.  Not much I could really read, so I fell asleep.

 

April 8, Friday
I have got a brand new crib!  It looked so nice.  But I don't know why I was nervous on it.  I could not calm down.  So I ended up sleeping on my parents' bed.

 

April 9, Saturday
Mom was invited to a breakfast in a senior center because she used to be a volunteer there.  Dad and I went with her.  Many people, most of them seniors, approached me, and they seemed very happy to see me.   

 

April 10, Sunday
Another sunny Sunday.  Dad said it's really like spring now.  Grandma enjoyed the buffet in Shangri-Lee restaurant last time, so we went there again.  After lunch, we drove up to the top of East Rock, which is a hill from there we can overlook New Haven city.
