Question 1: How to get over the hurts?
We, at least most of us, definitely have got all kinds of different hurts from all sorts of people. Surely hurts come from people. It is so strange to hear that I got hurt from a car. Well it is possible, but the car had to be driven by a person.
To be clear, the hurt I am talking about here is the hurt in the heart, mental or spirital or emotional.
Hurting is a feeling which is really depending on your "Hurt" threshold". If you are really a fragile baby, you will surely be hurt all over places from almost everyone around you. Only because you are still a baby no matter how old you really are.
Now let's set up an average threshold and talk about hurt again.
I have been feeling hurt deeply from one of the mentors whom by chance I met in my life. I was horribly depressed because the hurting feeling I recieved from his words and his attitude. That mentor appeared in my life 3 years ago, but when someone mentioned his name, my heart right away shrinks and my body will be in un-comfy condition. Probably because of Hormone secretion changing.
I have been trying to analyse all those depression years: I was proud person who thought her/himself is really intelligent; That is the core why I felt so hurt when I got that mentor's ignoring, untrusting, trashy words and attitude.
But it is right for every human being be proud and has some sensitivity.
During the depression period of time, I just did not know what was really wrong with me, just felt tired all the time, without any motivation to do anything even the most exciting LOVE thing could not get me out of the motionless, tiresome and gray world.
After 3 years, I am still on the way to recover myself and started to know that I was depressed during that time.
Hi, the things I got from a depressed period of life are:
Please pay attention to what we say, Try not to get people hurt!
Please Try the best to stay positive, including looking at other people and what they are doing!
Please try to speak courage-words to anyone whom you talk with!
Please try to find an understanding friend or psychologist when you get the deep hurt that it is so hard for yourself to get over.
Please always believe: We- Everyone- are very unique; We all have our own unique purpose in the world. No one is trash.
All human being are equal!!
All human being all deserve to be loved!!
All human being should be respected!!
