私房烤年糕 -Sweet Rice Cake

1. 糯米粉 (sweet rice flour): 1 LB / 16 OZ 2. 牛奶 (milk): 1 ½ Cup3. 鸡蛋 (eggs): 44. 油 (cooking oil): 1 Cup5. 糖 (Sugar): 1 Cup or less6. Baking Powder: 1 ¼ tsp or (Baking Soda ¼ tsp )7.用 mixer 将 1-6 料搅拌均匀 (Using Mixer mix 1-6 well -- about 5 minutes)8. 放入烤盘 , 上面撒上喜欢的干果 ( 椰丝 / 松子 / 山核桃 … 或干果脯 , 葡萄干 …) put mixed items to baking pan and add some nuts or raisin ...9. 将烤箱预热至 350 °F (preheat oven to 350 °F )10. 烤 30 分 (bake 30 minutes)11. 留在烤箱里约 20-30 分 ( 每个烤箱温度不同 , 要灵活掌握 ) Leave it in the oven for another 20-30 minutes (depends on each oven’s condition)12. 取出 , 开吃 !
