关于外出旅行时乘出租

本人走的地方不是太多，但在不同的地方也打过一些的，国内就不说了。

总的来说，在不发达国家，一般车上没表(或有表不用) ，所以在上车前一定要搞好

价(局体多少可以问一下当地人，如果是国际机场一般问事处都有一个大概价)，上

车后，如是拉美国家，一般司机都很热情健谈，是练当地语言的好机会。我在拉美

旅行时由于在行程中间丢失旅行手册，在巴西，巴拿马，秘鲁能找到价廉物美的旅馆全

凭这些司机帮忙了。其中在巴拿马，利马每次都走了好几家而且都是晚上11点左右。(司机并

没有额外收钱)。另外，在利马还打了两次黑车(价格仅是有执照的1/2-2/3)

发达国家(包括意大利西班牙)，制度都很规范，有问题可以投诉，都是打表。有一

次在拿波里，晚上11点以后，公交全停了。 只好打的，心想没准会被宰(因为当时

拿波里负面的东西听的太多)，当时喝的有点高，把旅馆的地址给了司机，一路上迷

迷糊糊，拿波里的狭窄昏暗街道弯弯曲曲上下起伏，恍惚置身于意大利的老电影里，

大约半小时后，回到了旅馆，价格一算18欧，并没有被宰，要知道从海边山上(有揽

车的那个)到火车站附近还是有一段距离的。

虽然发达国家出租车制度规范，但收费的细则却不简单。同样一段距离，白天与晚

上，周末与平时，带不带行李，乘客多少。最后价钱大不相同。所以如果发现，今

比昨日多了，别就此以为被宰。心中不平时，要将车的牌照，时间，路程的起终点等记

下。付钱时检查好发票，然后投诉。 最好不要拒付，万一碰个脾气不好的司机，带

着你的行李杨长而去，反而造出一个更大的杯具。

New York Taxi Fares

•The night-time surcharge is $0.50 for rides beginning from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
