谁能帮帮我吗？

看了楼下的关于婆婆压缩性骨折, 好久不好， 肚子很涨请我帮忙的贴， 我有点感慨。

我是皮肤病理科的医生，以前有 4-5 年在中国的皮肤科临床 experience， 在这里做皮肤病理 fellowship 的时候也有很少量的 clinical experience， 对一些皮肤病的问题， 如果有 close-up view 的照片的话， 有时候还能说一些看法。

但是如果你已经去看过医生了， 你可以想象我这个没有亲眼看到病人的皮肤的皮疹的人的意见在大多数情况下是不如你去看的医生的意见的。

还有就是光凭描述， 没有 close-up view 的照片的话， 我也很难提出有意义的意见。

另外就是一些与皮肤科相差太远的问题， 我大多数也不可能提出有建设性的建议。因为我不是一个 family doctor 或者是一个 internist。 当然一些 general medical question 我们也是会知道的。

我主要想说明一下的是： 千万不要把我当成 wxc 上的什么 general 医学顾问， 我没有资格做这个的。

今天我老婆生病 （probably 流感, low fever, 没力气， sore all over）， 所以我 took day off without advanced notice （because we have been quite busy with three dermatopathologists working on large volume every day, if one is off, then the other two would be busier. If advanced schedule is made with vacation, then some of the slides can be sent to other locations of the company). 在家里 babysitting the dauhgter， cooking， picking up my son from the school bus station， sending son to the teacher\'s house for his violin class, and then his baseball practice session, etc

I need help myself!!!
