Our company has just recruited a trainee (office assistant) recently, through an agent.
At first, agent sent someone to interview, but just b4 the date, the girl informed that she has found a job. Then, one week later, agent found another one, who’s only 16 year old.
We did not want her, coz she is too young, however, agent advised that they have interviewed 18 persons, this one is the suitable one for the job. Now, this girl is working with our company.
I was confused about the labour market, it\'s hard to find a job or hard to find someone to work?
