昨天是耶稣受难节 （Good Friday）。昨晚参加了教会的Good Friday service， 思想主耶稣在被钉十字架前为每一个像我这样的罪人忍受鞭打羞辱，圣洁神羔羊在十字架上为我流血舍命，承担了我一切的罪债和刑罚，使我罪得赦免，不禁感动得泪流满面。

感谢主，圣哉圣哉神羔羊，你配得一切的荣耀颂赞，你是我的主，我的神，我的王，我要一生来跟随你！尽管在每一天的工作中有各样的挑战，有各样的压力，但你的恩典，圣灵，权能和应许伴随着我，求你帮助我在工作，生活中荣耀你的名。
