1. Egg white 8 + cream of tartar ½ ts + salt 1/8 ts mix
2. Egg yolk 8 + sugar 2/3 cup mix
3. #2 + oil 1/4 cup mix
4. #3 + Flour 1 cup + Baking powder 2 ts + milk 1/3 cup + pure vanilla extract 1/2 ts mix
5. Mix #1 and #4
6. Temp 425 for 40-45 minutes
