have you remembered to report both prepaid interest (from line 901 of HUD-1) and prepaid property tax (from line 107 of HUD) on Sch A of form 1040 if you made property purchase in 2013?
also, some lender didn't issue form 1098 for interesst payment under $600. it's borrower's responsibility to keep track and claim tax deduction.
