Dear all,
One of my stock announced followings:
This dividend was declared on March 3, 2008 by our Board to be $1.00 per share and will be paid on April 2, 2008 to shareholders of record on March 21, 2008.
My question is: if I want to get the dividend, when would be the last day to buy in the stock? And when would be the first day to sell out the stock? It\'s saying the paid date is 04/02/2008, and the record date is 03/21/2008? It doesn\'t say what is the Ex-Dividend Date, I\'m thinking must purchase the stock prior to the ex-dividend date.
