Hi teacher Pjiang,

I have used AP this year, but I haven\'t used EAD. When I came back from China, the officer put AOSon my I-94,

So what class of Admission I should put in my AP/EAD renew? Parolee or AOS?

如果使用了 AP 入境，你的 Class of Admission 或 Manner of Last Entry 通通都是 I-94 上的 Parolee.
除非在境内转成了 H-1/4，你的 Current USCIS Status 也是 Parolee.

当你是 H-1/4 入境，虽然用了 EAD，Current USCIS Status 还是依 I-94 上填。让移民局来定你的 AOS，不要擅自夺权。
