Recently after the release of a discussion of trade in 1973, many media quoted Chinese leader Mao Zedong made what U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger called a novel proposition: sending tens of thousands, even 10 million, Chinese women to the United States. I remember reading it somewhere that Mao also mentioned on the same conversion that it is just a joke and apologize to Kissenger that the comment is an insult to chinese women, but seems nobody want to mention that part. So I am looking for the place where I can read the whole context. Anybody has a link? Thanks.
