记者从沈阳警方获悉，在互联网视频聊天中发表辱骂言论的当事人高千惠（女，21岁），5月21日，已被当地警方拘留审查。

据了解，高千惠早年父母离异，现寄居在亲属家，经常上网。5月20日下午16时许，高千惠在苏家屯区一网吧准备上网进行娱乐活动时，因对网吧停止游戏娱乐活动产生不满情绪，遂录制了辱骂视频，在网上传播后，造成了极为恶劣的社会影响。目前，当地警方正在对此案进一步审查。

高千惠已对自己的言论表示忏悔和道歉。

don't give me wrong, I think the girl's behavior is very very bad. She should feel shame. Especially after she grow up as an adult. She will learn her lessons. But 已被当地警方拘留审查, don't you think Chinese government over reacted? As far as I can tell, it has no freedom of speech. Need to work on it.
