ORCL vs. BEAS

I saw someone was accumulating BEAS puts - 5000 on 2/29, 5000 on 3/5, and another 4000 today (Jun 17.5 put) - does this mean that ORCL/BEAS merger will actually not go through? If that is the case, BEAS will drop like a rock.

On the other hand, ORCL was strong today due to an upgrade and good outlook from CEO - huge block of call buying on 3/4 (Sep 21 call). 这小子赌ER呢。

Let's watch how these two will play out.
