Cash for clunkers could raid renewable-energy loans
Now congress pass $2B bill to extend \'cash for clunkers\' program. Of course we know already that congress has no extra budget for this $2,000,000,000. So what did they manage to come up with the $$?
They use the money initially assigned to build renewable energy in Obama\'s stimulus package. Yes, it is right! The congress give away \'Green\' money for more oil consumption.
You may say new velchles are more \'energy-efficient\'. Yey, wind power and solar-power are actually almost zero-pollution.
