salary question

got a job offer, accounting with 8 years of experience, midwest poor state, $85K + bonus, should I feel happy about this monetary compensation? Other compensation includes: 401K, pension vested with 5 years of employment, standard medical and dental insurance. Never discuss salary with other people, really don\'t know much about the market.
