I-485 approved

I-485 approved for whole family on 11/29/07.

My info:
I-140 EB1b filed 6/27/05, TX center; Approved 8/19/07. But no approval notice, no on-line update. Later asked for a duplicated copy.

I-485 filed 8/2/05;

1st finger print 9/x/05;

My wife\'s background check cleared in Dec 2005;
Mine pending until...

FOIPA with FBI done in Apr 2007;
Wrote to US Senator in Apr 2007;
Wrote to First Lady in Apr 2007;
InfoPass in May 2007, still name check pending. Same day 2nd finger print;

July 2007 received a letter from FBI, saying per Mrs. Bush inquiry, my case still pending. Will try to close my name check asap;

Wrote to U.S. Representative in Aug 2007;
InfoPass again in Aug 2007, still pending;

USCIS Phone Inquiry in Aug 2007, National center said will send me a letter in 30 days.

Sept 19, 2007, a letter from USCIS, saying still pending, and I can call back in 60 days.

Did not call back due to too busy;

I-140 LUD: 7/14/07
I-485 LUD: 9/19/07, 11/30/07 (card ordered, welcome letter mailed), and 12/3/07.
