1.车内检查
● 调整座位与方向盘的位置
调整座椅的前后位置和方向盘的位置，可以使驾驶者视野良好同时便于操作。正确的驾驶姿势不仅可以使操作顺畅，还可以防止事故的发生，一旦发生事故也可以把危害降到最小限度。

仪表类的确认
通过油表、水温表、警告灯，检查车辆的否有异常。

刹车的确认

车灯的确认
把灯光照射在墙壁上，以检查刹车灯和示宽灯是否正常。

2.后视镜的调整
为了在行驶中了解行驶状况，必须正确的调整后视镜。不是只调整一次，应该每次驾驶时都检查一下。

中央后视镜
调整到可以看到整个后车窗。

左后视镜
行驶中，为了清楚地看到左后方的情况，把镜子调整到路面占镜子二分之一左右、同时能看到一些自己车身的位置上。

右后视镜
为了清楚地看到右后方的车辆，可以把镜子调整到路面占镜子二分之一左右、同时能睦到一些自己车身的位置上.

3. 使用安全带

行驶时必须系好安全带。在发生撞车事故时助手席受到的伤害与驾驶席是相同的，所以不仅是驾驶者，在助手席的人也必须系好安全带。

安全带是最简单的，但又是能发挥最大效果的安全装备。气囊等安全装备也是使用安全带的大前提下设计出来的。发生事故时不使用安全带的驾驶者的死亡率是使用安全带的驾驶者的 20 倍。

安装儿童安全座椅

实际安装时，请参照车辆使用手册与儿童安全座椅安装说明。在这里我们介绍一些需要注意的地方。

对于身体太小，无法正确使用安全带的儿童，可以使用儿童安全座椅。和安全带的作用一样它可以固定儿童身体。在发生事故时，或是急刹车、急转弯时可以防止儿童从座位上摔落或在车内碰撞。
