◆剧情介绍：
态度无礼，表情凶恶，跛足拄着一根藤棍，永远是牛仔裤运动鞋的便装打扮而不是整洁的白大褂，普林斯顿大学附属医院的豪斯医生外表与好医生的形象相差甚远。他甚至竭力避免和病人说话，并认为世人皆不可信，至少病人自己所说的病因都是胡扯。
虽
然豪斯几乎是个愤世嫉俗的反社会论者，他非传统的思维方式和精准无瑕的职业直觉令他赢得了病人和同僚的一致尊敬。作为一位内科医师，豪斯对解决医学疑难并
挽救生命有着无人可及的热情。为了解决某些神秘的病例，豪斯甚至会带着同事侵入病人的住处，以破案的方式去探寻真正的病因。豪斯会使用各种有争议或者高风
险的方式去治疗病人，他的方法也许令人惊疑，但结果从不令人失望。
豪斯的身边有一群年轻出色的医疗专家来帮助他一同诊断各种神秘的病例。
神经科医师Foreman沉稳老练，最有潜力和豪斯分庭抗礼；家境富裕的Chase
是一个俊俏的重症监护室医生。医术和容貌一样出色的女医生Cameron仁慈而善良。Chase和Cameron在第三季中因寂寞而相互慰藉，两人关系经
历了微妙的变化。
还有豪斯唯一的好友Wilson医生，这位肿瘤学医师在很多病例中给了豪斯重要的启示。看似好好先生的Wilson却已经三次离婚，情场波折的软肋常被豪斯当作笑柄，他和豪斯相互间的嘲弄是本片温馨的亮点。

豪斯的助手小鸭子三人组队三年，一路受尽豪斯冷嘲热讽，体力和精神上的双重折磨，居然坚持至今，连豪斯也觉得不可思议。而在第三季
尾，这个黄金组合阵脚陡乱，Foreman执意离开普林斯顿大学附属医院，想摆脱豪斯对他的影响。挽留Foreman不成，豪斯索性解雇Chase，让人
弹眼落睛。据豪斯称，三年的时间，Chase能学的都该学到了。Chase失去工作，不想却赢得美人。Cameron不满豪斯无理取闹，也提出辞呈。
