It\'s in the lake shore of Erie, a beautiful and fast growing suburb of Buffalo-Niagara Falls metro area. Many new houses are being built along Route 5 right now. Wal-Mart is moving into the village. They are going to build a store at Erie Rd and Lake St. As the loonie gets hotter, many Canadians are moving in too.
The building is in the heavy foot traffic district of town, located right in the middle of the business section on Main Street. The address is 77 N Main St. (by Center St.) My neighbor building (87 N Main St) was just demolished recently with a grant of $300K from NY State. Now my building is exposed, and become the corner structure.
Across the street on Main, it is the postal office, and the New Angola Theater and the Public Library. On my own side of Main St., each side of my neighbor is a restaurant. A couple of houses down on Center St, it\'s the PennySaver publisher.
It\'s built in 1922, all brick, sound and solid. The interior need updating. Buildings like this are hard to find. It has 5000 sf commercial space on the ground floor and about 2500 sf residential space on the 2nd floor. The lot is 66x166. The back of the lot is paved, so you never need to cut grass.

The Niagara Falls is a 35 min drive. We also have many public beaches in the area, lots of fun.
