Are you a team player?

Yes, I’m very much a team player. In fact, I’ve had opportunities in my work, school and athletics to develop my skills as a team player. I have had opportunities to work with men and women from very diverse backgrounds and culture. For example, on an on-going project which involves another team member that just got aboard I play a role that helps him to do the data mining. Even if he may need more time to know our system, I respect his hard work meanwhile I do me best to help him to know the system quickly. I also appreciate the fresh and creative ideas he brought in from outside. The results are fantastic. We work together as a real team that meets and exceeds the deadline of each process.
